If you or your family were affected by the fire or utility outages at 1281 Village Drive on February 21, 2026, help is available.

Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) is providing support and resources for residents who were displaced or impacted.

When you call, staff will help connect you with:

• Short-term housing assistance
• Recovery resources
• Community support services

This is NOT an emergency line.

Services are confidential and available to everyone affected by this incident.

HOUSING ASSISTANCE

The Division of Community and Resident Services can assist with short-term hotel stays. Call: (859) 258-3600 for a hotel stay on Sunday, February 22^nd.

For hotel stays and/or financial assistance to relocate, Call: (859) 300-5300, Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Assistance may be available for families with pets or transportation challenges.
