Fayette County Outdoor Warning Siren Testing POSTPONED

Lexington Emergency Management will POSTPONE testing its network of outdoor warning sirens scheduled for today, September 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The test may be rescheduled for a Wednesday later this month.

Remember: Lexington’s outdoor siren system is designed to alert people who are outdoors. The siren system is not intended to alert persons inside homes, apartments, or office buildings.
