UPDATE: The teen has been located and is safe.
The Lexington Police Department is searching for a missing juvenile. Wesley Ehrie, 13, left his school this morning and was last seen in the Gardenside neighborhood in the area of Normandy Road.
Wesley may be in danger and possibly considering self-harm.
He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 110 pounds. Wesley was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
