
Lexington reported a new 1-day high of COVID-19 cases Saturday. Then Sunday surpassed that.
Lexington reported 636 new COVID-19 cases over the weekend, including the two busiest days yet during the outbreak: 274 Saturday, 362 Sunday.
There have been 15,636 cases and 112 deaths total since the outbreak began in March, with 4,303 cases so far in November.
To help slow the spread of COVID-19 and avoid another spike in cases after Thanksgiving, please follow these guidelines ALL THE TIME:
• Wear a cloth face-covering in public
• Avoid close contact with others
• Wash your hands often
• Stay home if you are sick.
