Lexington Emergency Management will POSTPONE its test of outdoor warning sirens, scheduled for today, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 10 am. The test is postponed due to the threat of severe weather.
The test may be rescheduled for a Wednesday later this month.
Remember: Lexington’s outdoor siren system is designed to alert people who are outdoors. The siren system is not intended to alert persons inside homes, apartments, or office buildings.
