    Wind chill advisory issued for Lexington, central Kentucky

    A wind chill watch has been issued by the National Weather Service in Louisville. While an advisory/warning has not be issued yet, a watch means that dangerous wind chill values are possible in the next 24 to 48 hours. Follow these safety tips when the wind chill or temperature drops below zero:
