Lexington Emergency Management is asking Lexington-Fayette County residents to report any damage to their property caused by severe weather beginning Wednesday, April 2, 2025. You can report flooding and any damage sustained over the next few days from severe spring weather.
You can report this damage using Survey123. This simple, easy-to-use survey helps us determine how much damage was caused by the weather. You can also report any damage to the street around your property.
To report damage, the following information is needed:
- Your address
- If you have insurance
- A description of the damage caused by weather beginning Wednesday, April 2.
- Up to 3 pictures of the damage per entry
You can upload multiple reports of damages caused by the weather. For example, submit one report for an uprooted tree and one report for limbs on your garage roof.
