After a round of snow this morning, we’re expecting additional snowfall the remainder of today and into the overnight hours, ending by sunrise tomorrow morning. This second round of snow is likely to produce one to two inches of accumulation along and east of a line from Madison, IN, to Lake Cumberland, KY.
The main impacts will be slick surfaces to untreated roadways as temperatures fall into the 20s overnight. The slick roadways will likely persist a few hours after sunrise as temperatures will be slow to rise above freezing.
