Lexington is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a weekend full of events! Several scheduled street closures will begin on Saturday, March 14, for the festivities.

Lexington Habitat for Humanity Shamrock Shuffle 3K 

Event Time: 8:30-10 a.m.

Street Closures: 6:00 – 10:30 a.m.

• Main St closed between Midland Ave and Mill St
• Midland Ave closed between Main St and Third St

St. Patrick’s Festival and Parade

Scheduled Event Start Times:

• Festival @ 10:30 a.m.
• Parade @ 1:00 p.m.

Street Closures: 

• 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Short St between Mill St and Upper St
• 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Main St between Upper St and Mill St (Closure at MLK to divert the majority of the traffic)
• 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Main St between Midland Ave and Mill St
• 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Midland Ave between Third St and Main St
• 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Main St between Midland Ave and Mill St
