Long-time readers may recall last spring’s post on LexCall, Lexington’s information government information call center. At the time, we mentioned the LexCall 311 mobile app, which enabled users of Android and iOS devices to submit requests for several city services.
Last month, LexCall launched a new version of the app. The updated version enables citizens to:
- request waste collection;
- report weeds, trash and debris, graffiti, potholes, or traffic signal or street sign problems;
- file a housing complaint;
- report flooding; and
- access the city traffic ticker and the Valley View Ferry’s current status.
The app is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
