Confidence continues to increase that we will have accumulating snow Friday night, with travel impacts continuing into Saturday morning. Still plenty of uncertainty in snow amounts, but greatest impacts likely to be in portions of central and east central Kentucky.
A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the area expected to see the highest snow totals (3-6″), however it should be noted that a Winter Weather Advisory will likely also be needed for much, if not all, of the area (1-3″). We are also messaging bitter cold temperatures and wind chills continuing through sunrise Sunday morning.
