The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for central Kentucky, including Lexington. It goes into effect tonight – Friday, January 11 – at 10pm and continues through 10am on Saturday, January 12. Please note that this advisory may be extended depending on weather conditions.
Snow is expected with total snow accumulations of two to four inches.
Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on secondary roads that are untreated.
